Anal abscess

The distinction between anal and perianal suppurations is not an easy thing.

There are three groups according to the classification by Denis, Puy-Montbrun and Ganansia:

1. The suppurations where the origin is independent to the anorectal.
2. The suppurations where the origin is above the anal canal.
3. The suppurations where the origin is directly related to the anal canal and the muscular system.
